Ingredients:
flour tortillas, pizza/pasta sauce, mozzarella, your choice of toppings, and olive oil
Heat your grill to medium. Brush both sides of your tortilla with olive oil. Let the tortillas heat on the grill with the cover closed for 2-3 minutes or until grill marks appear on the bottom. Then, flip your tortilla and begin to add toppings.
Let the tortillas sit on indirect heat with the cover closed to allow cheese to melt over toppings. We made cheese, pepperoni and BBQ chicken (add BBQ sauce and chicken with mozzarella).
That's it! Your own flatbread pizza - in 5 minutes!
